As a kid one of my favorite snacks/ meals was bagels bites. Even now me and the Hubby love them as a quick, yummy, savory snack. Well now I have figured out a way to make them as a filling delicious dinner!!

Pizza Bagels

Ingredients

Plain bagels-as many as you want/ 1 bagel per person
Tomato soup
Pizza seasoning
Italian seasoning
Mozzarella and parmasean cheese
Pepperoni slices
Corn starch or tomato paste

1. PreHeat oven to 350. Slice bagels In Half and place on a baking sheet.
2. In a small sauce pot, heat about a cup of soup per 2 bagels. Add seasoning to taste. Then add half a small can of paste or a tablespoon of corn stretch depending what you have on hand. Till thick and creamy.
3. Spread tomatoe sauce on bagels.
Layer with cheese pepperoni and any other toppings you may want. Add a bit more cheese to hold very thing together . And a shake if pizza seasoning.
4. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until the cheese on top has a slight golden edge.

Serve with salad or eat alone.

These were so good we didn’t even bother taking out plates we just ate them off the tray! And they were just like the bagel bites I remember as kid!

These would be great as dinner or even as a finger food or a party! Add other toppings like mushrooms, olives, bell peppers, or sausage.
